The plug in the 1st and the 2nd look like the speed or reference sensor AKA "pulse generator" in BMW-speak. I don't know if E30s have both like the E28 does. can someone tell me wer the wires off trans go :) and whats the tb wire :) itd helps alot , and what fuel line goes into the regulator ? im tryin to get this bitch to run

you should test you CPS sensor for failure if everything is matching up.

checked cps its good :) ohms is like 500-600 i forget

but i just dunno wer the wires off trans go ?

i think my idle problem is a fuel pump relay or concern ill diag it but just need input on wires off the trans ?

Wire off the trans goes up through the shifter and hooks up in the cabin by the shifter. TPS is on the TB and a 3 prong plug ovbviously. Return fuel line is coming off the regulator. Trace the one from the filter and that will be the feed and be opposite of that one.

Edit: if your talking about the plug in the last picture I have no idea what that is.

ok found prob fuel pump has no 12v signal ill fix it and get back to yall
