Amen to that. The number of things I have done to poor junkyard cars so I could learn the right way and wrong way to do things.

I'm really hoping CAP gets an E30 in soon. I NEED to replace the blower motor in my car something awful and was hoping to pull one from the junk yard. If they get one and one of yall is out there before me, there could be significant amounts of beer for you if you're able to yank it from the yard for me.

do you know what type of blower motor you need? it seems to mostly be based on model years but there have been some screwy things. i can keep an eye for one at the yards up here in MD, they aren't too hard to pull. the yards up here have been pretty lean on E30s lately though. :(

if you aren't sure why type: http://www.bavauto.com/assets/prodin...heatercore.htm should help. you can also pull the cover really quick and look.

it will either look like http://img59.imageshack.us/img59/5194/13618467.jpg or http://solberg.umd.edu/E30/blower-motor-done.jpg

                          Question!
Thought Id post here vs start new thread. I believe I lost my bottom screw and bolt thingy for front caliper while doing my suspension. Anyone know if the E36 has similar set up because they have few at jy??

realoem.com is your friend. you can cross reference parts to see what is compatible.

its a simmilar setup, but im not sure about the sizes. i do, however have the entire suspension from my vert in my shed (including the bolt). the only catch is that you have to wait till sunday to get it.
