    hows your car running matt?
All good Jry, I think we need to meet up at some point. See if you can help diagnose a clunk sound I have coming from the rear. Did you ever get your guibo installed? Id still like to help out if I can.

I see its been awhile for this thread, but I am new to E30 ownership and in RVa. free time is elusive for me, but I am looking to meet some locals.

Patrick and Jerry at Bimmer Rescue looked over my '91 318i and my clunk coming from the rear ended up being the differential bushing.

well i put the guibo and trany mounts in the coupe cuz they were so shot.

its so much easier to work when you have a lift...

i do want to have a decent e30 meet, maybe a weekly thing for an hour?

Hey everyone, I've been stupid busy lately with new back in school and new job.
But, I wanted to ask here vs starting a new thread if anyone new a decent shop in Richmond for some serious rear end work. I hate paying someone else because I have done most of the work, but I don't have time and thanks to new job have $$ to finish rear end.
I am looking to have guibo, csb, subframe, trailing arms, an one other thing I forgot. So, if anyone knows a place that would not rape me labor I could get it all knocked out.
Paging Jerry if you get bored and wanted the job!

I have been wrenching on the e30 in the garage, haven't finished it yet. I am fairly new in town and would be down for a meetup and some beer drinking!

Whats up man? I'm jerry and live right off VCU campus. I'd be down for wrenching or a drive. I heard Kurt's trina take his car out after his recent mods...

Nice to meet you Jerry, I am Willem. I live not far from you in Carrytown off the blvd. My shop where the e30 is is over by the airport.
I had a e36 too, but someone decided to smash into it when it was parked on Cary. So ya... looks like I have a e36 donor car now.. haha

well that sucks to hear about your e36, but they do make great donor cars! let me know if you want a hand with something, im just sitting around all week putting off finishing my front sway bar bushings. its without a doubt my most hated repair...

Front sway bar bushings? They don't seem so hard, but that could just be me. Anyone want to meetup for a beer later or do some wrenching tomorrow? Hit me up!
