                  There are plenty of places to rent/own a warehouses. They arent the most expensive places to rent. They are pennies on a dollar compare to retail commerical lots. If you turn over an overhead that can cover the cost you can own an warehouse too. For us who arent making our living stripping cars or fixing cars, it makes more sense to build a garage at your own home/ or have a garage. Also its not really a "garage". considering that you wont be driving there every day to park your car when it rain or hail. You also wont be there doing minor work.

                              Do you have a working auxiliary AC fan with Magna brand resistor (Bosch is not compatible)?

                              Looks like this one, (I think the Bosch is the 5 blade fan)
