Moving to Norfolk (ODU)

Hey everyone, I'm getting ready to go back to school, and this year I have my car down there. I was wondering what car related things there are to do around there. So basically car meets, autox events, or anything like that.

There are quite a few automotive things that happen around here. Depends on what exactly you want to do.

Most of the stuff happens in Virginia Beach, which is just a short trip down 264.

PM me for more specific stuff.

There is also a Ice Cream meet/social thing going on tomorrow (8/24).

Im going to ODU also. mech eng. Havent seen ANY E30s around campus.

There's an ODU Car Club that has gatherings and a car show every year in the WHRO parking lot. I used to live near ODU and drove my '88 325is while I was there. I live in Portsmouth now.

I've tried to get in contact with the president but it seems like the club is kinda dead.

I saw you as you were leaving the parking lot. I was forced to ride my motorcycle due to my e30 needing a new guibo installed. I will definitely drive it out there next time though.

Ha, thanks. I have to give some of the credit to the previous owners, but I have definitely done plenty to keep her in good shape. Currently the center console is pulled and getting some cup holders added...
