Coolant overflow and noises when cold

Getting a slipping belt noise when cold the past couple of days goes away when warm and today the coolant tank overflowed a little bit.
    Im guessing maybe water pump?

Does anyone know how much a timing belt/water pump change would cost?
Anybody can recommend garage some place in DC/metro area?

Check the tension on the belt(s) - not uncommon as the temps drop.
Sounds like you need to replace the coolant reservoir cap.

    Good luck!
