FS: 1977 e21 320i roller with or without M42 swap stuff

Have other priorities to deal with, so need to pass this project on to someone else. Pretty solid e21 with most of the front suspension/steering redone, some bodywork done, only a few rust spots that need fixing, most of the original interior in pretty nice shape. Subframe altered to take M20/M42 drivetrain.

Will sell as a roller for $750 OBO with everything except drivetrain.
Will consider offers if you also want the M42 stuff (will not sell separately).

Also I have a trailer so for anyone fairly local (e.g. within a couple hours), I could conceivably bring the car to you, depending on price.

Would also consider trade for a nice 110v MIG welder (Millermatic, etc) or a nice stand-up oiled air compressor with a high CFM rate.
