March 12-13 PDX Summit Point Main

    Anyone signed up?
I just installed a new head with a 272 cam and got a new set of slicks.
Probably signing up for just 1 day.Anyone else?If not to go racing, come out and help flag the event.SCCA is always looking for volunteers and you can get a free track day out of it - I think they are still doing that this year.

Really? Nobody? This is a little sad.
You won't break your car. You don't have to shift at 6500 but you do get to hit 110 down the front straight then brake down to a 50mph turn 1. It a blast.
I'll be bringing my sedan on H&R Sports. I'm signed up for Sunday, Saturday is sold out - except for Advanced Class.
    Come on out!

I'd be down but that's my gf's birthday weekend, I was all hyped until I realized that.

Nope, the other day is just tenant appreciation day.

Hah! Well if we were staying local then no, she doesn't. But we'll be gone for the weekend.

Still need flagging volunteers. If you flag 3 days (not events, days) you get a free track day.
Also, If you flag a few races you can help flag the 24 hours at Daytona. I believe the WDCR-SCCA chapter has the Turn 4 flagging station just after the International Horseshoe. Or it may be the Bus Stop chicane, either way a great place to watch the race!

Too bad that's the one thing flaggers don't get to do when on duty.
