I thought I'd take the pleasure of resurrection of our thread, being that it's a few days from May & our cars are finally coming out of hibernation.
I see the folks up in Cheeseland are having a little picnic. Who'd like to go up & crash the party & bring back some New Glarus "MoonMan"?!

The Badger Bimmers will host their annual e30 picnic on Saturday May 19, 2018 from 10a-3p. The show will be located at Frame Park in Waukesha W

I plan on rolling up there again this year. Nice low key gathering and usually attracts some fresh E30's that otherwise we wouldn't see in Chicago.

Oh, and yes, we can stock up on New Glarus too!

Sup fellas i’m new to this community and first time owner of an E30, owned an E46 back in college. Picked up this beauty over the weekend. Can’t wait to work on her over the winter!! Been doing lots of reading on some threads, everyone here is so helpful and nice. I’d like to link up sometime maybe hit up some events or cruise together.

I pulled the motor and trans this week to refresh all the seals and gaskets, do the timing belt, water pump etc. come on down and help turn a wrench😆

I have to do the valve cover gasket, timing belt and water pump on mine too 😩

Died on me today on my daily driver.
