AIM you turd. 380 isn't outlandish for stock turbo on an Evo I'm pretty sure

am on AIM, fool. The numbers aren't surprising, it's the spool rpm....iirc it's stupid low, like 2-2.5k rpms

380 is unheard of on an Evo 8 stocker but not on the 9's. There is a guy in Boulder who set the record on an stock 9 turbo at like 410awhp 2 years back. He is now running a GT30R and making 560awhp on E85. Gotta love that corn.
