How heavy are the reps? Reps + 18's could = a LOT. My friends RS6 reps on his A6 are a good 20+ pounds.

They're not light, probably 20ish pounds at minimum. They'd just be for DD wheels to keep miles off of the expensive tires.

You don't need skinny snow tires for the M. You have a Subaru.

Put the dunlops on the K1s, put the K1s on the car, sell both sets of contours, buy one set of 8.5in contours, profit immensely. How much more do I need to spell it out for joo.

Too cold for K1s, and no garage space. Plus, then I don't have wheels for skinny winter tires.

If you're going to get hideous 18inch wheels that ride like ass, CSL reps are a much better choice.

CSL reps I'd have to buy new, the M5 reps aren't ugly, and they ride just fine.

Bimmerman. I say you were applying to Georgia Tech. I actually am considering going there as well. I have taken a tour and used to live nearby. It is a fantastic school. No snow, but lots of rain!
