Unless you're chasing hundredths of seconds in our cars, corner balancing isn't as important as a proper alignment and shock damping setup. Corner weighting isn't a cure-all, is only helps when you've got everything else dialed in. A CWed car might be perfect on-paper but drive like donkey poo in reality.

Erik, were you on CSU's FSAE team?

I know I know I know David.... If I continue racing, I've come down to thinking about what needs to be "modded"... OEM-parts short shifter frankenstein thing... Perhaps some bushings, and a steering rack... Car needs an alignment as well... After that, I wanna go back to HPR and do lots and lots and lots and lots of more laps... I need to nail that "line" and then adjust the car.

Honestly, I'd say an alignment and done. You don't need a short shifter, fancy bushings, or a different steering rack unless what you have now is dead.

A set of schroth 4pt Rallye4 harnesses would hold you in place better, but aside from that, moar track time, less frivolous spending.

[side tangent] Indeed, I was. Kept the stable of "legacy" vehicles running for driver training while developing (at that time, fall 2005 - spring 2006) on the 2008's powertrain development. Did much of the log-book fill-ins, repairs, and maintenance on most of the fleet before graduating. Putting in the long weekends paid off considerably as I got to grab alot of hands-on knowledge and claim first-dibs on seat time for testing / vehicle set-up. [/s.t.]

              Any word on this?
Would love to get base-stock values on my R55 project and my brother's Rabbit project.

Found local access over the weekend and get the Clubby and Chubby-Bunny on scales. 8)
Don't worry about the follow up. Appreciate the help!
