      Here's the build spec:

      99 stock S52 block
      Rebuild 95 S50 head
Euro maf, 24lb injectors, Turner chip
      E36 M3 trans
      E30 M3 driveshaft
      3.25LSD
      M roadster shifter
      ZHP knob
      M roadster CD43 head unit
E36 M3 front knuckels, brakes, control arms
E36ti rear set up, powerflex subframe and trailing arm bushings
      95 M3 steering rack
BBS RGR wheels, 235/40/17 Falken Azenis tires
      Racing dynamics sway bars
Ground Control coil overs, Koni dampers, adjsutable camber plates,
      Mtech 2 steering wheel
Ireland engineering muffler with custom exhaust

Other than that, its a stock 325is :D
Great build. I hate to think how much you have invested. I just picked up a set 17" RGR's and an M tech 1 wheel for mine. Have a 1.9 Z3 shifter waiting to go in too. My friend is considering doing an S52 swap next spring. We were thinking a $10K investment to do it right depending on the condition of the shell.

Is that red M Roadster still around in your car domain pics? I've got an M Coupe in that color. I was on a drive with several other M Coupe owners when we saw a red M roady at a campsite between Estes and Ft. Collins last month. We were going a little too fast to stop. There is a pretty tight, but small community of 36/7 and 36/8's on the Front Range I'd love to meet some other owners.

Back to your original post, wouldn't be more cost effective / less PIA to just sell the ZHP and get a normal 330 or something else you might enjoy more for dog duty, etc? It seems like ZHP's go for a descent premium and parting out the interior would only de-value the car. I had an E46 touring that was great for the dogs. Much more nimble and better gas mileage than the E39 touring, yet plenty of utility for the dogs, bikes, hell I even put a hang glider rack on it.
      JOY IS AN E30...

They made 4x100 RGRs? or are you talking about the Coupe? or are you doing a 5 lug swap?

        I want to know.....

I got a set of 4x100 17" RGR's. I'll need to run 10mm spacers for them to be flush. Holy cow they are light! I won't have cash to buy rubber until spring, but can't wait!

ZHPs came with leather too, so its really no big deal. Far easier than finding another clean car thats up to date on service ect. Plus, then I'd want all the other ZHP goodies!

You're referring to Art's (RMEuropean owner) car I think.

Forgot to answer your other Qs.

The M Roadster was a 99, but I got rid of it in 2008. It didn't have much appeal after I got the S52 swap done. I'd like to pick up and 01/02 next spring if you know anyone with a nice one.

$10k should cover you for a nice swap. I spent more, but I got my engine almost 5 years ago when they went for a lot more, then I had to rebuild the head (long story!!), and bought a lot a new parts instead of used. Its been dead reliable though for the most part. If you want more info on the swap, let me know. I learned a lot along the way!

Clearly said he was running 5 lug.

My brother has an 01 with about 28,000 miles on it. He might be selling it by spring. He's going to sell it at some point, not sure when. I also know of a LS1 / MZ3 swap that was done with near perfection.

The only thing I would change would be M roady gills and swapping the CW's with some BBS rims.

My buddy would dig to check out your car sometime. It would be a great example of what to strive for. Do you ever frequent any of the GTG's, CCA stuff, or track days?
