Oh MAN I want it! I think the block is M20 based, so you could prob just bolt a G260 to it, but I don't know for sure.

But I do know these cars had overheating/head cracking problems and it's hard to find one without a cracked head.

This is my mothers old Subaru. She bought a VW Eos and just moved out of the state. Now I have the 'pleasure' of selling her car because it didn't sell before she left. I can negotiate on the price some, but there is no hurry to sell this. It's a great car with a lot of options. If you know someone looking for an AWD hauler let me know.

My roommate just bought a 2001 in identical condition and less miles for 2g's less and a 5 speed. Paperwork since it was new including headgaskets.

You will not be able to sell that car for any more than 4500 if there is no paperwork on the replacement of the head gaskets.

Thanks, but not everyone only buys a Subaru that has had head gaskets replaced. There are some priced higher, and some priced lower.
