I used to hate them as well, but they taught me how to really ride a board, and when the snow is fresh (like it was on Wednesday), they can be quite fun. Definitely not for the novices though.

My legs currently hate them though. ow. No pain, No Jane.

Don't worry, the first few days are hard, but it gets progressively easier. (unlike skiing, which is easy to learn initially, but hard to improve on).

        sure...

I'll be driving my 1990 E30. It's red and white, has a lift, huge tires, seats 9, has a 350, and a 35+gallon fuel capacity.

            Just had a great idea...

Build a 4/3 scale replica of an E30 Touring and then slap it on a 3/4 suburban chassis.

hey, you KNOW i'll be rockin' my E30 all the way! but I have to install my rear seats/seatbelts because there will be three of us... Which reminds me, does anyone have a ski rack for an E30 that I can borrow?

                This is way too true.

Dad's rack for the e28 might work, but that's all I got. I'll be bringing the manwagon with its racks.

I know I won't be able to go up and ski Vail, but if you guys make it down to Denver I'm sure we can arrange an impromptu meet!

Me and two buddies are definitely heading up this coming weekend most likely Saturday the 22nd, probably to Winter Park, anyone is welcome to (and should) join, and make it our R3V ski/board day.

I might be up there at WP with the family on saturday but unfortunately we'd be driving the van...

Looking for a clean e30 shell for a project.

BUMP for Saturday! So far I am going with my two friends from UMBC, Jan is going (that dude w/ the 530i, not on this forum), Clark may be going. I was planning on getting there at opening time, so we can all meet up somewhere in Denver or Boulder at 6:30ish.

                              I'll come up w/ a more specific time/place soon.
