There are some great places off the Peak to Peak. Ward, Ned, etc.
Peak to Peak

Ward

There are a few good places in Boulder, especially out east in the industrial parts. Here's the St. Julian. No tri pod and rushed to get a gap between traffic. Turned out poor.

There's a good garage near the Great Indoors in Flatirons Mall that is always empty. I go fly my RC helicopter there too.

The license plate wall in front of Blake's in Erie has really good potential, but it would have to be AM when it is lighted. Also you could prob drive into the junk yard and get some cool shots there, but Blake's can be temper mental.Last edited by Cloudbase; 02-08-2011, 12:45 PM.JOY IS AN E30...

No one makes this car anymore. The government won't allow them, normal people won't buy them. So it's up to us: the freaks, the weirdos, the informed. To buy them, to appreciate them, and most importantly, to drive them.Comment

Name a time and meeting location and I'm there!
There's a ton of locations; all depends on the mood, color of car and angle.

those are totally awesome pictures. Problem is, some of us only have ugly cars. And I am their king.Name a time and meeting location and I'm there!

Ugly cars can be presented in good style, composition and taste.
Lets give it a try! Besides, without photoshop, there's alot to what lighting and camera angles can hide.

Fun fact: The M group boffins said their favorite car of M Coupe vs the E36 M3 (euro S50B32 versions of both) was the M Coupe, and that it was their most focused, purest, best handling, most fun driver's car they'd made since the E30 M3.
I will own an S54 Clownshoe one day. (Alex, if you're going to sell it, lemme know!)
I find it hilarious though that despite the many people who hated the Shoe's looks back in 99-01, the new Ferrari FF looks exactly like the Z3 M Coupe in side profile.

Methinks the Clownshoe was ahead of its time in many ways. It's on a very short list of cars I must own one day.Comment
