    Finally bought an E30!

Just picked it up today from Grand Junction (long ass drive)

It is a 1989 325i (manual) Alpine White 4 door

So, some details. The car is in immaculate shape. The engine/chassis has 157k on it. The car is 100% stock and completely unmolested. Almost no paint chips, no rust, no dash cracks, no tears in the seats, EVERYTHING in the car works! Wheels are in great shape, spare has never been used! Complete tool kit (plus some extras).

Recent work includes a new transmission!, fuel pump, water pump, timing belt, clutch, O2 sensor, injectors, t-stat.... Best part is that right before I picked it up, BMW serviced the car and inspected it and the only problems were some engine seals that had "minor leaks" and that the car needs an alignment. It does. Pulls slightly to the left.

Had a nice 5+ hour drive home (traffic) to break her in. Everything felt great!

Sorry, only have crappy cell phone pictures.

No one makes this car anymore. The government won't allow them, normal people won't buy them. So it's up to us: the freaks, the weirdos, the informed. To buy them, to appreciate them, and most importantly, to drive them.

Plans are going to be dragged out over time, but go as the following (so far).

                -Wheels and tires
                -Brakes/brake lines
                -Suspension (subframe/trailing arms/shocks/springs...blah bah)
                -Lighting

                Possibly some steering rack stuffs

-TURBO! and to accompany it, I would do some racing seats, intake, chip, exhaust...all that good stuff to need to do a turbo right.

The whole reason why I got this car besides E30's being awesome is that I wanted to turbo it and turn it into one mean street car and one hell of a cool autox car.

I'd advise something with a domestic badge honestly. I do have the perfect ford for you too... and you can sell it to my cousin in Lansing when you're done with it. snow tires included!!!

You should move "Lighting" up to first, considering it's the cheapest, and it's the best immediate bang for buck as far as daily night driving goes. $60 HID's!!!
