I'm putting front rotors and HT10s on the M3 tonight or friday night, and then I should be ready as well. I'm bringing tools, stands, jack, cooler, mini air compressor, oil, and some spares with me. Should be set.
Whatever happened to you buying my rotors?

I'm *knock on wood* ready and hopefully things will go fine. Just have to spend da money. Probably do that tonight.

Also, I'll be bringing my track box, tool box, 2 jack stands, and some other stuff....

PM me for detailing services in the Longmont / Boulder Area in Colorado!

        Its a twist!

Roland thinks I am crazy and the pads are fine. Considering I have no experience I would assume he is right. I might be able to make it Sunday.

Can I track my car with the following?
Broken windshield right in front of me (gavin might have it fixed before sunday)
Drips maybe 3 or 4 drips of oil overnight
        sloppy steering

What do they actually check for open days? Or is it all just on my word? I've asked before but now I am in a position to actually go on Sunday.

Brad, bring your car to wings tonight and I'll drive it and see. More opinions are better than one.

Windshield - pics? How broken is it... 1 large crack? Baseball impact, etc. etc.. Should be ok as long as you can see.
          Oil - probably fine.
Steering - No one's going to know but you... If you feel safe behind the wheel, come play.

Lapping days (as far as I know) are pretty much... Open the gate, please don't wreck and we trust your prep / judgement, and at the end of the day, close the gate... No idea though, this is my first open lapping day... The schools are a bit more involved when it comes to car health.

          *ALSO*
Does anyone know where you can locally buy some speed bleeder valves? PO / shop rounded off one of my rear bleeder valves on the caliper, and if I'm going to replace em, I wanna buy the speed bleeder valves so I can bleed the brakes by myself. If I can get em local great, if not I'll order from Pelican. No need to have them before Sunday but it'd be nice

Ben, best chance for speed bleeders would be SCR.

I just paid for HPR day, and am stoked. Tomorrow/Sat early morning I'm putting brakes together and bedding car, then study, then Sunday HPR!

I'll call SCR tomorrow and see but if they don't have em, not the end of the world. I'm gonna see about putting together some brake ducts tomorrow, saturday is bleed day, remove dust shields, and make sure nothing's falling off the car or going to gush fluid on track... paying now.

As a reminder (Brad) you only have an hour and a half left
To sign up for Sunday and pay. Also, roland drove my car and said the brakes on yours are probably fine.

Key word probably. Screw it, HPR is full of dirt anyways, not trees/walls.

lol yes, Roland went off in the M, didn't hit anything, I actually halfway went off in my e30 too and it's fine. Just don't go off sideways (though, trees around or not, going off sideways won't end well).

I still have dirt all over the inside of my car from that.

Well I think I bought my ticket. Just sent paypal and got an e-mail with no direction. Now let's hope they don't inspect the car.

Look in the PDF, there's no formal inspection. If the car's obviously dangerous though, you'll get pulled. If you're confident in the car, cool. Me and David will both be there will decently stocked tool boxes, stands, and a jack, etc. We all take care of each other

Does someone have a torque wrench for wheels?
