    so much win...

I need to find a cheap AWD car and some local stuff like this. If not, I think it would be worth the 9-10 hour drive.

I happened to find an extra cable.

These are the small jpg files that my camera takes along with raw files. Easy and quick. So much win...

This was the most fun I've had watching/driving in a long time.

    1. Sam's friend is one crazy mf who almost rolled his jeep at 65mph.
    2. The full circuit is seriously fun to drive: off camber turns, blind crests, big sweepers, tight hairpins, S curves and plenty of elevation change.
    3. Stock e30 suspension will own on the circuit (Sam's car is a bit low...)
    4. We are definitely going back. Several times. No, more than that- every chance I get.

I took 600+ pics and about 30 mins of (epic) video. Stay tuned gentlemen...

This one is Mike biffing in his jeep. Sorry I couldn't document the most intense part, I was trying too hard to not be run over. Pretty much Mike got distracted (he says) and lost control at about 70ish and went off the track, where he almost flipped due to huge ditches.

I have vid from another angle but its not good at all as I wasn't ready for him to come flying through as I was hunting for focus(bad focus ring on the lens)...and I was standing on a hill and slipped in the dirt as he went off...

I don't think so, it's the rally area south of Deer Trail, CO on I-70.

    Yes way.

    A few things:

    1. My buddy reached about 70 mph on the circuit
    2. First time i have ever sweated from the physical work of driving my car
    3. First time I ever got callouses on my hands just from driving my car
    4. bent my wheel (the whole wheel, so it wobbles, not just the lip)

No, never came across any gravel lots. We ran two rally cross courses briefly, and then we ran the rally circuit, which is a several mile long track, kind of like a dirt version of HPR.

I can't even rant about it, it was so awesome. I will have to let the awesomeness wear off before i can start excitedly ranting.

Did you actually run part of a trail or just hit up a gravel lot? As soon as I get an iX I'm in.

    Oh! How did you do?
