So the rear sway bar mount (frame of car) broke off due to the upgraded sway bar, so…… does anyone have a welder?

What swaybar are you using?
The only time I ever have trouble with swaybar tabs failing is when the bushings bind and put stress on the mounts. Something to check when you reattach the mount.Comment

thanks, I believe they are the tms brand of sway bars. The bushing looked okay, no excessive wear or signs of binding up so much. that I can remember anyway. The only time I ever have trouble with swaybar tabs failing is when the bushings bind and put stress on the mounts. Something to check when you reattach the mount.
had stock mounts but apparently I need the reinforcements from TMS, in case, I am talking about were the mount goes slips behind metal (body) and then bolts the the metal (body still) that piece of "body" no longer exists.what mounts are you using?

haha fucken love it. I mean, I'm sure back in 1980 they wouldn't really be thinking about what we're doing with our cars in 2011Some people might get upset with you talking like that about fine BMW engineering
does m3 have a larger sway then 325 or ix?I find it interesting they didn't change it for the M3.
