I don't get it. So no one took pics, and Brad wants an E36 M3 now?

All that, and we grilled and drank beer for 6 hours literally 10 feet from the cars.

It was a great relaxing get together, and ironically had the most E30s present at one of our meets in a looooong time.

Cost per fun/performance. I'm not replacing the E30, just looking for a new DD if the Abarth ends up sucking.

I saw a 500 over the weekend. I'm not gonna lie, I smiled at the awesomeness.

That prolly won't help, come to think of it...

I ain't got nothin against the E36 M3. Def a good car for a good mix of price, performance, looks, and luxury. I am trying to get a buddy at work to buy one.

The Abarth will probably end up sucking.

Not always about money. It is a benefit though.

Better fun/$ ratio... doesn't have as good of a novelty/$ ratio though...

hmm, the abarth sounds like a pretty quick car, at 133hp and 2200 lbs. Well, not as quick as an E36 M3 though. And it has got to definitely be more expensive. And "novelty" does run out very quickly, but having a fast car that performs is longer lasting. And what is the aftermarket support on the Abarth? Prob next to nil, compared to the E36 M3.

Exactly my point. When it comes down to reality, you can't buy a car with better performance, reliability, and comfort for less money.
