Come on guys. A subi is a car I love! I own a 05 legacy gt. auto. And that thing is quick. I mean turbo and all wheel drive. Turbo kicks In about 3ish. And it's a big four door car the inside is also well done.that's mine an I love it. But haters gunna hate. I'm thinking about maybe getting a 08 or newer wrx. Love the new wrx body. But not a fan of anything older then 08. Including sti! Ima go to the dealer Monday and test drive one. See how it compares to the legacy.

No one makes this car anymore. The government won't allow them, normal people won't buy them. So it's up to us: the freaks, the weirdos, the informed. To buy them, to appreciate them, and most importantly, to drive them.Comment

I hate to prove you wrong, but...
It is with reluctant pride that I join the club with this;

'97 Legacy L. 197k, timing belt, water pump, accessory belts, and oil change in the last 500 miles.

Clean interior, everything works. This is taking over DD status so I can dive into the e30 more, but I doubt I'll be able to keep it completely stock. It needs roof rack attachments, a better stereo, light tint, and better wheels to name a few small things. Steelies should be covered in winter tires, and nothing else, imo. After I picked it up I drove it home over Berthoud Pass earlier today in some wet snow & it took it like a champ.Originally posted by DozyproductionsYou know why you're drinking that Pabst? It's my first Scooby, I'm pretty stoked on it for as nondescript as it is. More comfortable than the e30, more practical, gets better gas mileage, and it goes in the snow. It should make a nice DD, which will allow for some more in-depth projects on the BMW like rear sub-frame rebuild in the short term & some kind of motor swap in the long term.Originally posted by DozyproductionsYou know why you're drinking that Pabst? yup. Still rocking my wagon 8 years later. Took off the coilovers and intake, now just running stock + whiteline/IPD sways...and headlights that don't suck.
They're great cars. I just wish the fuel economy didn't suck so much.Comment
