    New Wheels

Just picked up some new wheels for street use. They are ESM 001's 16x8. I have not put tires on them yet as I am still figuring out what I want. I love em, don't give a fuck if you hate em just cause they are not suuuuper 1337 awesome ftw BBS RS's.

I have stock bottlecaps, so this will be a welcome change!

Seems like they'd stick out past your fenders.

Google some pictures of em...its not bad at all. Also, I think I have the camber and low to pull them off.

A good looking wheel for not a lot of money. I approve.

I am not sure what size to run. I am thinking a 205/45, but I don't know yet. Any thoughts?

I run 225/40/16 on my 16x8 +20 rims with no fitment issues. My fenders are stock as well. With yours being ~.8" more towards the fender I would venture to guess just by rolling your fender lips you could throw on some 225's 8-)

If you want to keep the cost down on tires as well as not worry about the fenders, I'm sure a 205/45 would work great.

Don't mean to /threadjack the OP here, but SGmotoring on Ebay carries them still...

ESM doesn't sell them anymore. They look good, I have always liked those wheels.

And yah, they have them on Ebay, but with shipping costs, I got a better deal cause I picked them up locally. And mine were brand new, out of the box.

                              UPDATE!

So, I threw some Nitto Neogens on there. 205/50/16. They look great, but when I put them on the car, they BARELY fit under the fenders.....so, I need to roll my fenders a bit. Anyone have one that I can borrow/rent/whatever?

                              Thanks

These pictures make it the tires look WAY over sized, but it is the stock rolling diameter, so, yah.
