Bring it due north to Eastern Idaho and I'll get it done for you. I'm only an additional 40 miles further than Cedar City. I can pickup with a trailer too.

You have a shop? Nevermind, I was offering to do the swap for you because you sound kinda like someone that has no idea what they are getting into. Now, I see you think you know what you are getting into, so I'll change my response to...

okay well in that case it all depends on how much you want to spend and youre final goals. What do you want to use the car for? How much work and fabrication are you willing/capable of doing. How much power? comfort and drivability?

with 10gs you can do alot. refine your options a little bit. V8? inline 6? a bmw powerplant?
                      the options here are endless...

i want it for track racing as well as street legal the combination of the 2 will be a hard fit. i want a inline 6 the 10 gs has to cover paint extra parts interior work wheels and alot more. its not that i think i know what i am doing cause obviously i am seeking advice. i have a shop through a friend of mine. i can work there but doesnt mean i know everything about doing this.

So, if you have to paint too, I'm thinking sport interior, coilovers, m52+zf, wheels/tires, and you are about spent.

Again, I suggest you start looking at members rides threads, project forum threads, and start to find what look, and requirements you are looking for. Then start to decide what you really want to do. How about you post some pictures of what you are starting with?

It's an 87 325iS, right? How about some info. What is the mileage? Does it run in it's present state? How long have you owned it? How old are you? Is this your first BMW?
