if you already got the title under your name, i don't see the problem. if the PO stole it and sold it to you then it should pop up when you transfer it to your name. there must have been a mistake.

That's what I'm think that's hopefully a mistake,ive put way to much money in it to get it token away over a mistake!

Latest update,first I got my e30 running so I'm driving that now

With the e36 cops came to my house I did a report about how I got the car ect. The city of denver now has the car. They said that I should be getting a call soon about what's goin to happen with car.

I guess I'm fucked now! Hopefully I get it back soon..

I called the guy,but he keeps saying that I got the wrong number ect.
It's such bs! Like hello it's under my name so the car is mine!

Was the title from the PO a fake? I'm not sure how you could've gotten it titled in your name and THEN it pops up as stolen. PO called it in after he sold it to you, maybe? It might be worth talking to a lawyer.

I don't mean to be rude here, but a good retainer would cost significantly more than what the car is worth.

Nope the tittle was legit,I payed taxes for the car an got everything under my name
