    Seat rebuild/upholstery recommendations?

Finally have my 190e 2.3-16 back on the road and am now onto the interior.

Seats are in pretty rough shape, both the leather and the padding.

Any rec's for quality work in Denver area? Concerned with high-quality over cost.

    TIA

Not sure, I have not done upholstery. Do you still have the Hot Mess car?

No one makes this car anymore. The government won't allow them, normal people won't buy them. So it's up to us: the freaks, the weirdos, the informed. To buy them, to appreciate them, and most importantly, to drive them.

I've heard Autoweave on Federal is good, but honestly I don't have any experience with them.

Mark at the Golden Needle has typically done good work for me, but I've never had him do leather.

GAHH sells good quality (typically) seat skins. Maybe buy some of those and have Mark install?

Autoberry.com sells leather by the hide.

Let me know what you end up going with and if they do a good job. My Benz needs the same treatment.

DIY , I am in the process of recovering the entire interior of my E30 with a Leather Kit I got on Ebay from autocustomleather . It seems to be a quality kit,but it is def. a learning process to install and it takes a bit of time. Check out my thread in the project section for all the pics. If you are not interested in doing it though, I have had good luck with Autoweave. They used to be a Recaro dealer a long time ago so that was good enough for me to use them.
