    moving to Denver area

    Castle Rock to be exact in 2 week (house closing date is May 28th) wife's job was relocated. so some of the collection is being shipped down 1 M3 the IX and the R100GS/PD motorcycle (second M3 (racecar in progress) will have to be trailer-ed down in a few weeks along with garage contents ) .

    anybody local to the area ? looks like there is a Car & Coffee close by in Parker monthly so might meet some there .any other meet-ups?

    also anyone know of shops looking for an ASE auto tech with 30+ yrs experience ,or maybe its time to try something new and different....

    I'm from Castle Rock (basically, went to high school there but live in Parker). There's some good guys around the area. Most stuff seems to happen a little further north than Castle Rock. The big Cars and Coffee is in Lafayette. There used to be one at the Park Meadows Mall. It might still be happening, I'm not sure.

        Welcome to the area. Hit me up when you're town and we can grab a beer, hopefully with some of the other guys.

        Cars and Coffee in Parker isn't bad, Lafayette is usually much better (though much more of a drive for you).

        Tons of shops in the area, and the population/economy is growing. Doubt you'll have a problem finding a job.

          Neat, I didn't know Vehicle Vault was doing cars and coffee now.nill have to check it out.

            Hope you enjoy it, roads suck. I usually go to the Lafayette one but been wanting to check out the vehicle vault one.

                    Good amount of enthusiasts in the area-- most of us moved to the facebook group (Colorado BMW Group) where we have most of our local communication.

                    Hope you consider Drive 4 Corners this August!! :devil:

                          Castle Rock sighting

                          saw an dark colored E30 at the Castle Rock Midas store on Plum Creek Parkway today twice, just about 1/2 hr ago and in same parking spot at noonish , anybody on here know who (maybe they work there?)

                          havent seen to many around since ive been here except for the one meetup here in town about a month ago
