Oh well last year they did not charge me anything. Lots of cars, last year they had a DJ so you didn't have to listen to a million different styles of music.

there are tons of pics on the staggered fb event, just need to wade through all the tears and butthurt of not making it in

I can understand being annoyed of not getting in when you prereg'ed, but this show has blown up over the past years and as a result you just have to go early. i got tehre before 9 and there were already a number of cars already there. the line blew up around 10am

It was a decent event, complete shit show organization wise but I saw some pretty nice e30's there.

I haven't been on in a while & am just seeing this.

As the event organizer, I feel we were organized fairly well. We have no control of people listening & showing up when they are supposed to.We had a gates open time of 11am for spectators & non-regisetered. Anybody who pre-regged was asked to show up between 9 & 10. Vendors & such before 9. The entire venue (which didn't event fill up last year) was filled by 11:30. We tried our best park everybody we could & told people to circle around & we can try to let people in as others leave.

The venue has about 13 acres that we are able to park cars on & we had planned on using another overflow field 1/2 mile down the street about 8 acres. Un-fortunately it rained so much the week before the show that field was too soft to even consider parking people at.

We are in talks with other venues right now for 2015. We want something that will allow us to grow into & keep the laid back feel at the same time. The one at the top of my list is promising but will not be able to take us as a spring event. Once we lock down a venue it will give us a chance to really work on better registration process.
