Probably buying an E30 in bean town - need garage space for timing belt swap

Major E30 nerd here. Got my eye on en E30 in the Boston area, but it needs the timing belt service done before I can drive her back to Chicago.

Any R3Ver out that way willing to let me use their garage for half a day? I'll pay you $100 for your garage time and certainly clean up everything afterwards.
