      There was an E36 M42 at Pick n Pull in Portland last time I was there. 93 318is. Probably best to keep an eye out for a 94+ though for the improved timing case. M44 is great an in E30 with the little extra torque, but the wiring is like doing an M52/S52 swap unless you use the E30 harness and DME. I think if you swap the E30 intake onto it you also need the E30 valve cover and need to weld the M44 oil squirters into it. I left the E36 DISA intake on mine to make it easier. My apologies if you already know all this lol.
