The only thing im going to say in regards to this issue is that eric if your bored with it then do something to it. Ive been telling you to get coils to redeem your turbo-boosted ride height for months, and me and matt dont know e36s as well so your pretty much going to be on your own in the technical support department. Alright. I've really had enough. Jeff, I know you're a good guy. And Pierre, thanks. I'm telling what I know about the car. They've never talked to the guy who built mine. I appreciate you stepping in. But Jeff, I only read the first part of your response about Josh saying he can whip my ass with his b25. The only time we EVER ran together was when I had my 2.93. We were getting on a freeway enterence (78th I believe) and I had mayhem in my car, and Josh had no one in his. Of course he's going to take me off the bat dude, I had a 2.93, and he has a 3.73 or whatever he has. It really doesn't take much to think of the out come of just a dead stop, when I had matt in my car with my diff ratio.

Yeah I sent you a PM because if you wanted to crap on this thread (which you call people out on, yet you're doing it) we could have taken it to PM and handled it maturely. About the paperwork. Yes, I have it. Do I take it every where, and show everyone to prove that my car is what it is? No. I shouldn't have to. It's in my bedroom on the tv. And emissions? I've been very up front about that. WHICH I'm trying to fix.

All I really know here is that Eric is truly a stand up guy. The dude sent me a driver side ellipsoid for free for the sake of me fixing mine. He truly seems honest to me, and for all I know, I believe what he says about his car. I also believe one should tell the truth about what is wrong with one's car if one is selling on an enthusiast forum. From what I've experienced, Eric means what he says. For people to come bash his car when he wants to sell it is very immature, but if you're not telling the truth, (Eric,) let the truth be known.

The motor doesn't perform to factory m20b25 levels? What makes you say that? But when I did say them, I was including you. You say the car doesn't even perform to factory m20b25 levels, when you've never driven the car or been in it while driving. You also said it isn't a stroker (or are intending that it isn't), when before you said something along the lines of you like how it has that 'lob lob lob' sound, since it sounds aggressive like a V8. That was at Matts house. You can't get that sound by a regular m20b25.

And I do have paper work listing what was used. Including all the parts I bought that were needed. If someone doesn't believe me, then who cares, I don't lose sleep over petty car misunderstandings.

Hell, if you want to talk to the guy, I'll give you his number. It's annoying when people bash on other people when they don't even know them. He knows more about e30s than over 2/3rds of people here on r3v. If you want James' number, I'll give it to you. Call him. He's a really knowledgeable dude.

Anywho, the car its self doesn't run bad. It runs really good and solid. I am just bored with it.

it might have a lob from a cam, or it could mean its not running right and has a miss. with the hodge podge of random parts you have under the hood and now the recent emissions issues, you could have anything from a vacuum leak to a fouled afm. your friend with the e30 convertible swears that his stock b25 out runs your car all day. thats where i get my info from. youve never mentioned that you have paperwork proving whats in the car, ive asked before and you said you have to find it.

my point is listed above but i will reiterate. if you cant afford to keep this car running when it has issues. nor afford to upgrade it as you see fit. you might want to focus on getting a better job and some income before you take on a vehicle that is much more expensive to maintain. being "bored" with a car is fine, buying yourself a bunch of new problems hardly makes sense with that reason.

because you posted in the NW section this subject/thread is available for discussion and thats what is happening here.youve posted all over this forum the issues with a throwout bearing (which im sorry, but because it has some sort of motor work done, does not mean the clutch is going to react differently) and massive emission issues. which if you stop and think if youre trying to sell a car you might want to either fix these issues or not post about it and let buyers know at the time of viewing.

your car is over priced for the issues it has, and even with the issues fixed i dont see it selling for anymore than $2500-3000. this is a opinion and you may disagree. as far as "talking shit" and "e fighting" goes ill say any of this to your face if youd like just like anyone else on here.
