Calm down the only advice you need is do some work, Eric had a problem, and he got it fixed. Buy jack stands, and a floor jack and get going. I always see threads "my car is broke, fix it" They expect the forum to cast a spell to fix their car magically. Buy a trans IF its the problem and fix associated parts. We cant help without pics or some knowledge from you as to what actually is the problem.

And if this is not throwing you under the bus, Im not sure what is.

            Or wait a minute

blocks dont make holes in themselves.

to the OP: good move on wanting to sell. it takes a smart, responsible individual to realize when they have bitten off a lil more than they can chew. and there is nothing wrong with that. if only more people would realize that there would be less threads like this.

btw the z4 shifter has more than once proven itself to be the WRONG part for this car. even the people that say in this thread that there is nothing wrong with it have had issues with it in the past. those same people have complained about the same problem, the linkage rubbing on the driveshaft. so if the PO installed it i dont see a fault that you are responsible for, especially if you didnt know any better. again props for wanting to get something a lil more feasible budget wise and something that can take your abuse. this is the exact reason i went from VWs to BMWs, i just cant seem to break them, but apparently you have found a way :D

                  This thread is lulz.

Hope the e30 finds a better home.
