Can someone verfify this wiring?

I have an 80 deg Celsius fan switch, but my fan never comes on. If I connect the appropriate wires at the switch, the fan comes on.

The plug had basically disintegrated in the past and I'm not sure if the wires are in the proper positions. Can someone verify the correct position of the wires?

If someone has an extra plug that would be great, too!

C'mon.. someone take a peak and tell me what order your wires go with relation to the notch.

Yep, that works. It's the bottom two that connect at 80 degrees. I was connecting load to load.
