Anyone have a spare shift knob?

Getting the 325e on the road and my shift knob is falling apart every time I drive it. Anyone have a decent knob that will fit?

At some point I need to find a drivers window motor (2 door) and the little black cap that goes over the manual roll down.

oem plastic shift knobs are super cheap, like $20. i'd just get a new one, either online or at the dealer (call to check their price first, of course).
