I think the 318is is a better deal though if the miles aren't crazy and the interior just needs a refresh/cleaning. The location doesn't make it ideal though.

So got an emial back from the guy. Heres what he said

"I have a few receipts of some recent work, the new alternator and I think the receipt for the new brakes, but not the receipt for the new clutch that was put in (it was about 3 to 4 years ago.) Its a regular title. I bought it from a family friend 4 years ago, she got it from her sister, who got it off the lot where he husband worked. So that makes me the third owner I guess. I don't have the VIN on me for the moment, I suppose you want it for Carfax? I can check on it tomorrow morning and e-mail it to you. The reason I'm selling it is that I'm moving to New Orleans and looking to simplify my life -- I'm going to bike commute for a while and see how I like it. But I'll send you the VIN tomorrow morning and we'll go from there."

I suppose somebody on here can hook me up with a carfax? But I dont really think that matters.

Yup thats what I was looking at. It doesn't sound like he has the drivers side fender, only passenger side.
