Don't do business with Jay -> 6speeddinan. We spent a day driving up from Portland to look at his engine on Saturday. We agreed to purchase it and left a deposit. He called yesterday and said the engine was being taken out that day and we agreed we would pick it up on Wednesday. Today his friend Hammy calls and says he wants the engine for himself and we can't have it. He talked Jay into giving it to him instead. We have a receipt for the transaction. I don't know what our legal rights are. We would take him to court if we could actually get it.
