You have to keep applying. My friend had about 50 applications before getting hired at Boeing. Persistance pays off. BTW, I work in Tukwilla. Are you guys still looking the the 22nd for a meet somewhere? I haven't done any of these yet, but read all about the one in December.

Since i got hired on march 26th of 2010 i've told these ppl to try and they got hired at the everret factory! my older brother in law got hired on the 787 program, my brother got hired on 777 and an old friend just got hired for 777. my older brother was only applying for maybe 2 months and got hired the day of his interview. You just got to keep applying. probably seattle and renton locations are harder to get into cuz they dont have as much positions. Everret factory has over 30k ppl working here!

Awesome! Yeah I'm more than determined to help people out(especially fellow E30 enthusiasts!) and try to improve our company by getting people who are actually worth it to come work here!

Yeah, I have quite a few friends that work at the different plants unfortunately they have all told me its rather difficult to get a position as there isnt much turn over(Which is good!)

I believe I applied for an office type job at one of the boeing plants and got that same letter in return a few months later lol

^^ I dropped out of 9th grade and then finished an online high school program to get my high school diploma which is all thats required to get an entry job. Even to be a 1st level manager all thats required is a high school diploma. To climb higher up the latter into high level managment or engineering requires further schooling obviously.

Any College on your end? None on mine beyond some College in CA that really doesn't make for anything note worthy.

So far, it's kicking my ass as I'm "part time" and I can't snag another job on top of it. If anyone knows of any opennings in a steady full time job, let me know, heh.
