put in in a fuse block, ive done multiple and have yet to have a problem.M3 springs w/bilstein hd's, IE 22/19mm sway bars, front IE stress bar, complete suspension rebuild, IS interior.

I recommend disconnecting the battery first
1.) Take out the ABS overload relay (remove the kick panel under the steering wheel)
2.) Remove ABS overload relay
3.) Pull metal tabs back and open relay ( you will most likey see that a small thin wire has been broken
4.) you will see two contact points where the thin wire is connected to
5.) soder a fuse block to either side of the contact point
6.) install a fuse ( i believe 10 will work)
7.) put metal back into place and use electrical tape if necessary
8.) install back in car, and connect the battery.
9.) if the fuse blows again go to a larger fuse until it does not blow anymore.
