[QUOTE=ArtFoodBMW;4246480]Anyone here have suggestions on stripping the paint from an IS Airdam? Wetsanding isn't doing the trick and I don't feel comfortable painting over cracked paint like this/QUOTE]
What grit sand paper?
Don't use aircraft stripper on the plastic. It ate away at the plastic of a late model air dam I had once.
Go with some kind of sanding.Comment

Oops, airdam, I was on phone and thought valance for some dumbass reason. I can't wait for them to continue spreading. I took the 323i to an event this weekend and so many people were looking at it. I was surprised at the interest.Comment

And 5 years ago, people around here were asking why you'd want a BMW when you can buy an Evo or an STI or some hopped up Civic that was cool back in 2001.Comment

It is more time consuming than actually challenging. It is amazing how one can pull parts off many BMW's and they all fit together like a messed up lego... but they work.
HA!!! 2 of my cousins drive WERX's. Lame...Comment
