    Hey guys, might not remember me but I posted here about 8 months ago i think. Im from Portland but moved out here to Idaho. Rexburg specifically. Long story short I wrecked my early model before I moved so I'm in the market again for an E30 hah. Hope to see some of you guys around....Haven't had any luck seeing a local e30 yet

    It is more time consuming than actually challenging. It is amazing how one can pull parts off many BMW's and they all fit together like a messed up lego... but they work.

    My airdam also had the same issue... I actually used 220 grit paper to smooth it out. If needed go 180. Just sand as needed to make smooth.

    Oops, airdam, I was on phone and thought valance for some dumbass reason. I can't wait for them to continue spreading. I took the 323i to an event this weekend and so many people were looking at it. I was surprised at the interest.

    What grit sand paper?

    Don't use aircraft stripper on the plastic. It ate away at the plastic of a late model air dam I had once.

    Go with some kind of sanding.
