so I got some fixed camber plates arriving tomorrow from the forum here,
my plan for the suspension refresh is new Lemfoerder control arms, AKG offset red poly FCAB (they rock!), sachs upper strut bearings and Bilstein B4 struts + shocks all around. Keeping my ST 318 springs + e90 drop hats. I have the m3 sway bar tabs and spare strut housings (one of mine on car is bent from PO, I have 1 degree more camber on that side despite my strut tower brace fitting good). Should I use the VAC racing sway bar links or factory e30 m3? anybody know if there is a shorter one available from a newer BMW? I understand that the e34 ones are longer, what about the Z3?
sway bars are 21mm and 14.5mm
Rear suspension refresh limited to lemfoerder rtabs and subframe bushes. I am installing SS brake lines too for all of this.
I am happy with the cars ride/stance now it just is very worn out feeling. Any thoughts? Dont flame me on the Bilstein B4, they are 10% stiffer than stock and that is roughly what the ST springs are too - leads me to believe it will be a good match.Last edited by 5Toes; 12-14-2016, 10:20 AM.
