Das car is Kaputt... NO MOAR!!! :D

So its Saturday afternoon around 2-3 pm, I was on my way to Ricks house to hang out and paint some bumper trim. And right before you get to Rick's house there is a dip in the road where you should slow down or become somewhat air borne. I forgot the dip. I was too busy having a good day having just bought another 14'' basket weave, a new ipod that fit all my music, new insurance and other things... I was blasting my music feeling all sorts of great.
I hit the dip and bottom out more or less and come down nose first back to the pavement and smack the at about 175 degrees at about 66-68 MPH.
I hear a loud Bang and immediately the blood drain from my face. :puppy: I keep driving for about 4 seconds and see/feel my car is driving is driving ok. I look in the rear view mirror and see smoke. I pull up into Ricks drive way which I would say is less than a quarter mile from dip to drive way. Park car. Kill it.
Smoke is bellowing out from under the car and I'm pretty sure I have broken my oil pan. Well wouldn't you know...

So to speed things up, Rick has a 325es he's parting out. Saturday night. Pull out oil pan. Go buy head gasket and fresh oil.
Sunday put oil pan new motor mounts. I began working on my car around 3pm. Finished everything around 3am. We start car up. It sounds just fine. Words cannot explain how happy and relieved I was. Rick's brother in law asks me some questions that leads to me bleeding my coolant line to get rid of bubbles/air. Car is now bled properly and is ready to go home. I go inside to get all my things. Blue jeans that are now black. Grey DC hoodie that is now charcoal and soaked in water/dirt/grime/oil ect... I dare say I will never be as miserable as I have been in these past two days.
I come back out to my car with all my stuff ready to go home. About 10 min has passed. I sit down in my car and start it.
It sounds like a lawnmower engine. ffffftttttrrrrrrrrrrrr
    Hmp. Give it more gas...
    FFFFFFFRRRRRRTTTTTTTTT. Oh fuck.
Kill car. Pop hood. Tinker around inside with coolant lines, plug wires, vacuum lines and ICV for about 20-30 min to no avail.
We decide to call it a night as its almost 4am. I stay the night again and in the morning Rick drives me home.

What the fuck could of happened? We have speculation that it could be a blown head gasket some other things that I cant remember at the moment.
I am not looking for negative comments just solutions or ideas. The car is probably going to stay at Rick's until the weekend until we can tear into it all over again so the car is currently not in my possession. Thanks guys. /rant.

When you pulled the wrecked pan, did you inspect the oil pick up?

Is it losing coolant? What's lead you to the idea of a bad head gasket? Approx. how far/long did you drive with almost no oil in your car? Did the oil light come on? Did the car over heat at all?
    Need a part? PM me.

I drove the car maybe less than 120 feet? idk It wasn't very far at all. Speed was around 45 mph. Not losing coolant. Oil light did not come on. Visually and wiggle inspected oil pick up and all seemed in tact. Car does tend to over heat at long standstill idle. Blown head gasket not my idea.

Looks like you still had some oil in the pan when you got to Rick's. Heh.

How LONG was your oil light on?

Oil light never came on. Exhaust is all in tact. The motor is running hella awful. When I reached Rick's house oil was still hella raining down from the pan.

I would get it up in the air and look for more damage, maybe its not you engine but your bent skid plate rubbing?

Skid plate has been mended. I'll try and take a video of the carnage next time I'm by my car. Or Maybe Rick will do it.
But yeah, I probably wont be able to tear into it again till this weekend.

Misread, sorry. It's gotta be something stupid. It was running alright when you pulled up, wasn't it?

You could have hit it hard enough to push the radiator core up, maybe your fan is rubbing? I dont have an M20 but that picture looks like the oil pan is too far forward or is the skid plate bent upwards?

Well yeah Ian. That is before I put in work and got that shit strait again. I had about a inch of clearance from plate to pan before I wrecked it. Fan is running strait. The thing that totally weird's me out is the fact that the car was running fine once we had everything put back together. Then i turned the car off. Went inside got stuff. BS'd a little bit with Steve (Rick's bro in law) then hopped in car and started it up to go home. Less than 10 min elapsed. Car now runs like shit.
Car was running fine when I pulled up to Rick's.
