if he lost the hood scoops and the chrome tips, and got some lower suspension, it wouldn't be half bad. It would be interesting to see what kind of shape it was in before he started adding stuff. who knows, it may have been heading to the crusher, and the owner figured he could "save it." Hell, I would give him $4000 for it, if it's an actually M3.
