    Re-using the seals is actually expected, no shame unless they are crapping out/dry/hard/whatever. Lots of us replace the lockstrip, but the damn lockstrip is more money than the typical older Domestic seal...but they are very easy to install.
    Yeah I totally meant the lockstrip, they didn't replace that I don't think.. But I will gladly pop into the dealership on my way home today and ask them who they had do the work.
