Was a lot of fun! Adventure to Fat Burger was awesome. It was nice to get to see some sick rare cars. I'll be on the search for a fourth E30 before too long...-Erik

Most car meets are "weak". You gotta make it what you want it to be. Should have gone to Monroe if you wanted "excitement".-Erik

Were you there around Noon when the place was packed out? It was a great eclectic mix of cars. Around 160 BMWs showed up. I really liked the show. The BMW Club will do it again next year. And it was free.Lance Richert '88 M3, #35 PRO3, i3 etc.

I know what to expect from these gtg's and such, I've been going to them for the past 12 years. I'm just saying that I wasn't 'wowed' by anything, I understand it's just a casual event and not a full blown show or anything. I'm somewhat new to being in the BMW crowd as an owner and I have to say it is the least welcoming and warm of the ones previous. The older folks (60+) are awesome however, maybe it's time to hangout with the retired and snowbirds I don't know?Comment

Images from Jason Tang are nice:
These GTGs and car shows don't happen on their own. They take volunteers to put them on. If anyone wants to make a show better, or meet more people, helping in some manner is the best way to do both. I've never yet helped at a car show that had "too many volunteers".Lance Richert '88 M3, #35 PRO3, i3 etc.

Lance, I'm not involved heavily with the CCA mostly due to time constraints but, with a little advanced warning I would love to help out. If you wouldn't mind shooting me a PM for chances to help, I'd be appreciated.Need a part? PM me.

I've actually already been volunteered for the E30 Picnic by James to figure out a solution to the ground lighting... so far I'm up fucked creek without a paddle and the due date is quickly approaching. I'll figure something out. James is picky too so that doesn't make it any easier.Need a part? PM me.
