OP sorry man, I have heard of bill's towing but had no Idea they were so shady. I will pass this thread around for you. Keep a cool head and Im sure you will be compensated. Even though you never wanted to loose the car.

A little different than your situation, but a friend of mine was scammed by a towing outfit a while back. He made up the miniature pony shit for his own amusement btw.
