Really you biased...NO your not at all Austin. ;) the mileage is my only problem with the car. Such high mileage scares me. And resale is also a factor. It's hard to sell a car with 231,000 miles on it.

Yeah, but if he's got receipts for all the work done, it wouldn't be a big deal to me. My E30 has 240k on the shell and 200k on the motor. Doesn't bother me. Mileage is nothing, maintenance is everything.

Because of all of your advise, It has made me come to the decision that I want to trade the guy. I'm going to call him tomorrow and see if he still wants to trade. Thank you all for your wonderful advise. I'm really glad I joined this forum. if I get the car I will post pics up ASAP.
