FS 1979 BMW E21 race car

Up for sale is my 1979 BMW 320i that I have owned for the past 3 years. I started racing with this car and I think it is a great car to start out with. Last year I started building a Pro3 car and I am getting ready to finish it. I also have more cars than storage so it’s time to pass this car on. It’s been a great car to me.

What’s been so good about owning this race car is that she’s been so reliable, starting up every time (more experienced racers tell us that’s a Godsend in itself) and always around to catch the checkered flag. Secondly, her neutral set up allows for maximum cornering force making her easy to drive at the limit whether you’re a beginner or looking to lead the class among the momentum cars.

She is turnkey and ready-to-race/time trial/HPDE now. Race/class options could include SCCA ITB or Vintage, ICSCC Novice, ITB or G/H Production (w/ minor tweaks) and BMWCCA club racing.

That's a steal, you couldn't build it for that price. If you don't have much success locally, I would list it on BAT. Very envious..

You both need to get them down for the Historic's this year at PIR. Reach out to the BMWCCA or the Portland BMW club, see if they can slide you in to the corral in the infield.

What I need to do is get some classifieds posted throughout the facility

Send me some (or a PDF) and I can post it when I am there for the Rose Cup races.. Heck, if you wanted to drag it down for that weekend and stick it in the paddock near my PRO3 car, I wouldn't care.
