swap finished but won't start

Well I was using these injectors on my previous M42 2 weeks ago and they are good. Initially I thought it was the injectors because I pinched the wiring for the sensor on the fuel rail between the upper and lower intake manifold but fixed that, so I doubt it's the problem. Also yes I believe the check engine and most of the other lights turn on when I crank it. Can I use an e30 harmonic balancer on the e36 engine??

My bet is on some sort of reference sensor like has already been explained. I don't know about the e30 vs. e36 balancers, but are you sure that you installed it correctly and not 180 degrees off like was already stated?
