    Dead Pedal

Well I just love posting up new things every weekend on here! Now that I have a job and making money I am able to buy things that I need for my car :)

Put on my new dead pedal today and I think it looks great, but now I need to switch the other pedals to match this. Only one pic but just wanna know what you guys think. Was a bitch just to get to where I needed it to be but that seems to be the deal with every E30 ;)

Hope you like! Thanks for looking!

Nice, I have been wanting to make one for my car, but my only concern, is using a material that won't allow my foot to slip off. Anyone got some old diamond plate lyin' around?

It works great for my car and it doesn't slip when I put it there. My dad has another one that is silver if you are interested..

When i made mine i drilled some holes in a diamond pattern and then took like a 1/2" drive 3/8" socket (so that it had a swoop from the bigger drive to the smaller wrench part) along with a larger socket that the first fit in. Tossed it in the press and "dimple died" so i had positive traction. A little sharp for no shoe driving but not a huge issue. and great traction for when you might want to wear shows (sometimes in the winter :D)
